Lead Infant Teacher – Tiny Treasures Nursery School
Tiny Treasures Nursery School is seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Provide loving, responsive care for infants.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support each child's development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Follow all state licensing regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Communicate daily with parents about their child's care and development.
- Lead and support assistant teachers in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, patient, nurturing, and a team player.

Compensation: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
About Us
Tiny Treasures Nursery School offers full day and before and after care with available transportation to and from local schools.
Tiny Treasures Nursery School was founded in 1989. We have eight classrooms allowing for a well-rounded curriculum for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. There are two teachers per classroom. Snacks are provided by the school. Field trips and special programs are scheduled throughout the school year.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is that children learn through hands-on experiences. Through positive reinforcement, consistency and engaging lessons, children grow in a safe learning environment. We offer a stimulating language experience, and opportunities for creative discovery. Children in our care are set up in a world of discovery where there is a balance of self directed play and teacher-directed projects.
Our creative curriculum involves all learners through circle time, read-alouds and musical engagement. Children develop their fine and gross motor skills through a variety of activities such as technology, building blocks, and playground play. Tiny Treasures has been NJ State Certified for over 30 years.
